One of the ways that I worked with my staff to make community visible and to build community was to walk around the lake. 00:01:59
We walked in partners, and we asked three questions. 00:02:09

What are you excited about doing next year? 00:02:15
And what do you wish you had tried this past year? 00:02:19
And it was a great opportunity for the staff to connect in nature in a different way. 00:02:22
And when they came back from their walk, then they had to share on post-it notes three things that they learned from somebody else. 00:02:27
