Diferentes profesores del IES Lázaro Cádenas que han participado en el proyecto Erasmus+ "GO EUROPE" explican su experiancia.

Hello, my name is Soledad Autes, I am a professor of English at IES Lázaro Cárdenas since 2007 00:00:05
and responsible for four European programs that have been developed in our center. 00:00:12
We started in 2009, participating in an uninterrupted way until today. 00:00:18
First we did Comenius, then they were Erasmus and now they are called Erasmus Plus. 00:00:25
Seven years ago, the Rio program began, which we coordinated during two school courses and which allowed us to know the language, literature, history, geography, music and the educational systems of our partners, who at that time were Dutch, Slovak, Polish and Norwegian. 00:00:31
It was an excellent experience that allowed us to establish relationships of friendship with these centers and encouraged us to continue on the path of Europeanization. 00:00:51
In 2010 we participated in a student mobility program with a Norwegian center in the city of Trondheim. 00:01:01
Thanks to this program, 12 students from both schools had the opportunity to attend 00:01:09
classes for a quarter, live in families and share the day to day with young people of 00:01:16
their own age. 00:01:22
This experience, which was funded and promoted like all the other programs by the European 00:01:23
Commission, allowed these 12 boys to live an unforgettable experience of those that mark 00:01:27

In 2011, we re-entered a very interesting program, this time called European Times, in which we worked with institutes in Greece, Norway and Ireland. 00:01:35
This program was press in the classroom and got students to work as editors of an authentic newspaper, 00:01:48
performing tasks of journalists, photographers, infographers. 00:01:57
At the same time that we reflected the daily life of young people in different European countries, 00:02:03
we became friends forever. 00:02:09
At this moment, we continue to bet on innovation and internationalization 00:02:11
thanks to our participation in a teacher mobility program called Go Europe. 00:02:16
Fourteen professors of our institute who were selected for their interest and for their training 00:02:23
have had the opportunity to attend courses or to carry out professional sessions in European centers. 00:02:29
Ten professors took courses on very interesting topics, 00:02:36
on the CLIL methodology, which allows you to teach your classes in English. 00:02:40
Also, other teachers learned about Erasmus Plus programs to be able to know them in depth and disseminate them. 00:02:45
There were also courses to improve the capacity of communication in the classroom and even to know firsthand the successful educational system of Finland. 00:02:54
Another group of four teachers held professional sessions of 15 days in educational centers in Turkey and Norway. 00:03:05
They observed in situ examples of good practices, familiarized themselves with their educational systems, their culture and even knew their languages. 00:03:12
In this way, they set the foundations for future joint projects that will favor our Center. 00:03:23
This Erasmus Plus program tries to dynamize the school community of our center, improve 00:03:30
the training of the teacher and establish contacts with other European educational institutions 00:03:37
that in the near future can benefit students, all teachers and even 00:03:43
the educational community of the institute. The 14 teachers have shared their experience in informative sessions 00:03:50

Por tanto, ha sido una experiencia fantástica desde todos los puntos de vista, personalmente, lingüísticamente, por supuesto, porque me ha ayudado a mejorar mi inglés y, sobre todo, profesionalmente. 00:05:29
