Hey guys, today I'll be showing you how to make a cute plushie animal.
00:00:03
To get started on your plushie you will need fabric, paper, scissors, pen, thread, stuffing , pins and a needle.
00:00:07
Let's get started with step 1.
00:00:21
We will draw in a piece of paper, the shapes will copy later into the pieces of fabric.
00:00:23
You basically need to draw a circle and two triangles, one of them slightly taller than the other one.
00:00:27
Fold a piece of paper in half for your triangle to be symmetric.
00:00:32
Step 2. Now take a pair of scissors and cut out the pattern pieces.
00:00:38
For step 3 we need to trace out the patterns on fabric.
00:00:53
I'm using for this this pink marker, that will stand out against black.
00:00:56
black. We need to draw the triangles twice, so we end up with one circle and four triangles.
00:01:00
Step 4. Cut out all the pieces you just traced.
00:01:10
Step 5. Now thread your needle and tie a knot at the end. Then you can start sewing. We will
00:01:24
We will begin by sewing together the base of the triangles and the circles.
00:01:29
The good side should be on the inside, since we will flip it inside out later.
00:01:34
Once we finish sewing this part, we have to sew the triangles to each other.
00:01:37
When there's only a few centimeters left to sew, we turn the plushie inside out.
00:02:06
Step 6. Take stuffing and fill your animal. You can add as much as you want.
00:02:28
When you're happy with the consistency, using your black stitch, close the hole.
00:02:33
I'll do you whatever it takes
00:02:50
I will do whatever it takes
00:02:53
Step 7
00:02:57
We're gonna add the eyes and fine details
00:02:58
For the eyes we will use white thread to create the shape we want
00:03:01
I decided to make mine winky
00:03:04
You can also use plusy eyes or buttons
00:03:06
Bring to me your sons and daughters
00:03:10
You can leave the plastic just like this, but I decided to add mine some cute ears.
00:03:26
For the ears I cut out 4 triangles.
00:03:42
First I was going to go with black and white, but I thought it was too basic, so I added
00:03:45
my personal reveal by painting the bright flag with some markers.
00:03:50
We are about to finish, at last we just need to sew both parts together, fill them with cotton and sew the ears to the head.
00:04:18
Alright, my blue sea is done, isn't it so cute?
00:04:50
Now go forth and make yours.
