Hello, everyone! Today, to celebrate El Día del Libro, we're going to read a story called 00:00:00

In the light of the moon, a little egg lay on a leaf. 00:00:20
One Sunday morning, the warm sun came up and pop! 00:00:29
Out of the egg came a tiny and very hungry caterpillar. 00:00:34

On Monday, he ate through one apple, but he was still hungry. 00:00:47
On Tuesday, he ate through two pears, but he was still hungry. 00:00:53
On Wednesday, he ate through three plums, but he was still hungry. 00:01:02
On Thursday, he ate through four strawberries, but he was still hungry. 00:01:12

through one piece of chocolate cake, one ice cream cone, one pickle, one slice of Swiss 00:01:39
cheese, one slice of salami, one lollipop, one piece of cherry pie, one sausage, one cupcake, 00:01:50
and one slice of watermelon. That night he had a stomach ache. The next day was Sunday again. 00:02:03
The caterpillar ate through one nice green leaf, and after that, he felt much better. 00:02:18
Now, he wasn't hungry anymore, and he wasn't a little caterpillar anymore. 00:02:31
He was a big, fat caterpillar. 00:02:38
He built a small house called a cocoon around himself. 00:02:45
He stayed inside for more than two weeks. 00:02:49
Then he nibbled a hole in the cocoon, pushed his way out, and he was a beautiful butterfly. 00:02:55
See, when the caterpillar ate the wrong things, he got really sick. 00:03:08
But when he ate the right things, he grew into a big, beautiful butterfly. 00:03:14
