In this unit, we have learnt about the food groups. 00:00:00
In order to stay healthy, we need to eat a variety of foods. 00:00:32
To be healthy, we need to eat most grains and cereals like bread, pasta and rice. 00:00:38
We also need to eat more fruits and vegetables, like apples and peppers. 00:00:49
We need to eat moderately meat, fish and eggs. 00:01:00
Finally, we need to eat less fats and sweets. 00:01:07

These give us calcium that makes our bones and teeth strong. 00:01:28
Meat, fish, eggs and pulses. 00:01:33
This gives us protein which we need for our muscles and to make us strong. 00:01:39
Fruits and vegetables. 00:01:50
This gives us vitamins which help us to stay healthy and not get old. 00:01:53
Serious starts and fatness give us the energy that we need to do sports, to play and study. 00:02:02
