Spain's rivers. Where do rivers usually begin? Read and think. One, read and find the name of 00:00:00
a river that flows into the Mediterranean Sea. The source of the Miño is the Sierra de Meira. 00:00:07
The Miño flows into the Atlantic Ocean. The Sil is its main tributary. The source of the Duero 00:00:15
is in the Picos de Urpión. The Tuerro flows into the Atlantic Ocean. The Pisuerga and the Elsa 00:00:23
are its main tributaries. The source of the Ebro is in Fontibre, Spring, and Cantabria. 00:00:30
The Ebro flows into the Mediterranean Sea. The Jalón is its main tributary. The source of the 00:00:37
Guadalquivir is in the Sierra de Cazorla. 00:00:45
The Guadalquivir flows into the Atlantic Ocean. 00:00:49
The Genil and Guadalajos are its main tributaries. 00:00:53
The source of the Tahoe is in Sierra de Albarracín. 00:00:57
The Tahoe flows into the Atlantic Ocean. 00:01:03
The Jarama is its main tributary. 00:01:06
The source of the Guadiana is in the Lagunas de Ruidera. 00:01:09
the guadiana flows into the atlantic ocean the zancara is its main tributary 00:01:15
rivers have tributaries a tributary is a smaller river that flows into a bigger river so let's say 00:01:22
this is the main big river there's a little river that flows into this main big river 00:01:31
the source of a river is where it begins in the mountains so the source is the very beginning of 00:01:37
a river and the source is always up high in the mountains where it's steep right and gravity 00:01:45
pulls the river and the water down the mountain the river here is narrow and flows quickly 00:01:52
exactly so it's narrow it starts at a peak of a mountain it's steep so gravity pulls the water 00:01:58
down quickly down down down down until it gets to a plane the mouth of the river is where it ends 00:02:06
and flows into a sea ocean lake or another river the river here is wide and moves slowly why is it 00:02:14
wide and moves slowly because it's flat it's in a plane so the river is able to be wider and since 00:02:22
it's flat there's no steepness or hill cuesta there isn't a cuesta it there's no gravity 00:02:30
pulling it down so it's moving straight and slowly 00:02:38
