The following learning situation, titled Planning or Next Holiday, is aimed at the heterogeneous group of 32 students in 2nd year of secondary education. 00:00:00
A learning situation about travel and vacation planning taps into students' interests and previous experiences, offering a motivating subject. 00:00:09
Regarding accessibility and attention to individual differences, the three universal Design for Learning principles of engagement, representation and action have been applied. 00:00:18
Three main active methodologies are used in this learning situation, 00:00:29
thinking-based learning, project-based learning and cooperative learning. 00:00:33
As for the assessment, I will apply a variety of techniques, 00:00:38
tools and instruments such as rubrics or a learning diary. 00:00:41
With all this in mind, there are several final products in this learning situation. 00:00:45
Firstly, a brochure or a pamphlet. Secondly, a promotional video about the destination 00:00:50
and thirdly, an oral presentation about infographic with a trip. 00:00:56
