Hi, I'm Daphne Sanz-Marie, and today I'm going to talk to you about a really interesting survival story. 00:00:00
The protagonist of this event is, as you can see in this photo, David Lava, a 67-year-old Californian man. 00:00:08
One day, he was driving. Suddenly, he lost the control of his car to avoid crashing with another driver and fell down a 150-meter ravine. 00:00:17
This happened in a sparsely populated area of California, 80 kilometers from Los Angeles. 00:00:26
The car was totally wrecked, so it was a miracle that he survived. 00:00:34
He spent the first night in his vehicle. 00:00:40
The next morning he realized that there was another car near him, 00:00:44
but inside it there was a corpse that seemed to have been there for a long time. 00:00:48
While he was waiting for someone to find him he began to eat herbs and drink water from a stream 00:00:54
and he improvised a camp in a bus. If we take a look this photo we will see David's car and the 00:01:07
