Starting with myself, Patrizio, I'm representing the Environmental Council and I will discuss the topics of exploitation of the Arctic and the consequences of the globalization due to the possible risk of contamination because of the mismanagement of industries and the issue of increased CO2 emissions caused by the greater accessibility to oil. 00:04:43
In light of the fact of the problems that affect the world, our country encourages the impulsion of taxes according to the law that this strategy. 00:05:12
In addition, we propose common legislation among several nations so that governments invest more in the safety of industries, nuclear and thermal power plants. 00:05:24

At the same time, we propose to the rest of nations to be open to new policies, legislations and initiatives to stop these situations, in the most diplomatic way. 00:08:27
