An electric circuit is formed by components in which an electrical current flows through. 00:00:23
These are the parts of the circuit. 00:00:28
The power source supplies energy to the rest of the circuits. 00:00:30
The conductor transports the electrical energy from the power source to the load devices. 00:00:34
The load devices receive the electrical energy from the power source 00:00:39
and transform it into other types of energy. 00:00:44
The control devices regulate the circuit so that it can be open or closed. 00:00:48
This lets the current flow through or not. 00:00:53
The power source is a cell. 00:00:56

The load devices are a motor and a lamp. 00:01:01
and the control devices are one-way switches it is a parallel system this means that the 00:01:05
current is shared by two parts if one of the devices stops working the other one will work 00:01:12
this is the branch where the lamp is located the lamp transforms electrical energy into light energy 00:01:18
when the one-way switch is open the lamp does not light when the one-way switch is closed the lamp 00:01:25
light. This is the branch where the motor is located. The motor transforms electrical 00:01:33
energy into kinetic energy. When the one-way switch is open, the motor does not work. 00:01:43
When the one-way switch is closed, the motor works. 00:01:50
