I'm going to tell you now is how I have helped others. I have worked as a 00:00:30
volunteer in a dog shelter for four years, many many years ago. I used to 00:00:39
clean the cages and feed and walk the dogs. I have participated in several 00:00:44
sporting fundraising events, raising money for different causes. I have run 00:00:51
for cancer research for sport relief and for british heart foundation i have also run the 00:00:57
royal parks half marathon for water aid and i was able to raise 500 pounds for countries which lack 00:01:11
drinkable water in addition i have swung a swimathon for sport relief and i swam 5 000 00:01:18
meters it took me two hours to do it i have also done some volunteer teaching 00:01:26
i went to valley two years ago and i taught english to the local children in a non-profit 00:01:34
organization called ihf i taught english lessons read stories and prepare different craft activities 00:01:39
we had a lot of fun and it was a fantastic experience 00:01:54
