Hello, I would like to tell you about my hometown. I am from Connecticut. It is

located in the northeast of the United States. Connecticut has four seasons

spring, summer, fall, and winter. It's on the coast and has many charming towns and

rural communities. Yale University is located in New Haven, Connecticut. Yale is

one of the best universities in the country. The city of New Haven is very

lively and has many restaurants and parks. Connecticut also has the

University of Connecticut, also known as UConn. UConn is known for their

incredible basketball team. The women's basketball team is the most successful

team in the nation having won a record of 11 NCAA Division one national

championships. Connecticut has the Mystic Seaport and Aquarium. You can walk

around the lighthouses and see the marine animals. You can also visit Gillette

Castle State Park for more outdoor fun. Many people visit Connecticut for its

casinos. The casinos are Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun. Mohegan Sun is actually one

of the largest casinos in the country. I'm from a small city called Norwalk.

Norwalk has a population of 88,500 residents. While in my town I like to

visit South Norwalk for the many restaurants or go for runs in Cranberry

Park and visit the Maritime Aquarium. I really like the food in Connecticut. My

favorite pizza is from Colony Grill. A fun fact is that the first hamburger was

created in New Haven at a restaurant called Louie's Lunch. It still serves
