This is a learning situation for the groups of third of ESO, which is embedded in Unit 5 related to prudent health,

something that is really interesting for teenagers as they are really into their own bodies and their own appearances.

This is a project-based learning activity in which they will work in cooperative groups and it has three sessions.

In the first one, it will be an introduction where they will watch, discuss and debate around the topics of diet and appearance.

In the second one, they will be given different diets with links to information and they will have to research, investigate, think and create their own posters about the diet.

It can be on paper or on a digital device.

And finally, they will present the poster in the final session and they will self-assess themselves through a self-assessment checklist.
