Good morning. So now we're going to look at a step-by-step guide on how to present your audio podcast file as an attractive podcast poster and then how to send it to me. 00:00:00
So first of all, you're going to log into your Canva account and in the search area, you type podcast. 00:00:15
Then you choose your template, the one that you like. 00:00:28
Make sure that it's not one that you have to pay for that's premium. 00:00:33
And once you've chosen one that's free, you click on personalize. 00:00:38
Step four. Now, once we've chosen the template that we like, we now have to upload our audio file. 00:00:47
So you go to this button here and you click on upload. 00:00:57
Then you have to click on upload the file. 00:01:03
Now, this will take you to your computer file, so you have to find where you left your audio. 00:01:10
I always leave it on downloads. 00:01:19
And so you click on your file and you click on open. 00:01:22
Once you've done that, your file is now in your Canva account. 00:01:30
Now, this part is very, very important. 00:01:37
Once the audio is uploaded, you will notice that Canva plays audios for a very short time. 00:01:41
This one is for nine seconds. 00:01:50
Now, we don't want that because that means that I will only be able to hear nine seconds of your audio. 00:01:53
So we need to change this. 00:01:59
My audio lasted four minutes and 25 seconds. 00:02:01
So it's really important here that you change the minutes that the audio will last, the duration of the audio. 00:02:05
I've put four and a half minutes. 00:02:15
And like that, you will be able to hear the whole audio. 00:02:19
So once you've done that, you can drag the audio into your post up by just dragging it along. 00:02:23
And you should be able to see now that the audio is embedded. 00:02:35
It's in the poster and that it lasts for the amount of time that it should last for. 00:02:39
You can check this here at the top where it says the time that you've programmed it to last. 00:02:47
OK, you can see here the audio is now inside the poster. 00:02:55
It's embedded in the poster. 00:02:59
Next, this is very important. 00:03:01
Make sure that the volume is really high so that I can hear the audio well. 00:03:04
So I'd put it to 100. 00:03:09
It's always best to lower it than to have to raise the volume and still not be able to hear the audio. 00:03:11

You now have to include the Creative Commons logo, share alike. 00:03:22
So you go to this section again, Elementos, Elements. 00:03:27
You find those logos. 00:03:32
Now, in my case, I realised that my poster had a black background and the logos are also rather black. 00:03:35
So when I dragged them on, you couldn't really see those logos very well. 00:03:45
So what I did was add a pink background, very similar to the rest of the poster. 00:03:51
And then once I added that section in pink, I incorporated, I dragged the share alike logos, Creative Commons logos. 00:04:00
Now, we're doing this and not by author because, remember, we can't really publish or underage. 00:04:13
We can't really publish your full name. 00:04:20
OK, next step. 00:04:23
You're now ready to download the file in this attractive poster. 00:04:25
So we go to the top right hand corner and find the share button, compartir. 00:04:31
You click on Downloads down here, Descargar. 00:04:41
And it's important you obviously have to save it now as a video MP4 and then click on Download because it may not be automatic. 00:04:49
So you have to check that. 00:05:04
Now, the audio will download and it should be in your download section, Descargar. 00:05:07
So what we then have to do, we're more than halfway through the process now, is find the audio and you have to change the name. 00:05:17
This is important so that you write your name and your two surnames. 00:05:27
Once you've done that, don't forget to log out of your Canva account because we've finished there. 00:05:34
And then the final step, you log into your email account and you send me the podcast audio file in the attractive poster. 00:05:42
So what do we have to do here? 00:05:55
You have to write the group that you belong to, your name, your two surnames so that I can identify you clearly. 00:05:58
You then go to the clip image to attach the file. 00:06:06
You choose your file, you find where your file is, mine's always there. 00:06:16
You choose your file and you click on Open. 00:06:21
And then the final step is, so you see that you have your file here properly named so I can identify your work. 00:06:27
The final step is to write the email. 00:06:39
