I'm going to present a learning situation called Who is the Catfisher, which has been designed for 00:00:00
a group of 24 students of the fourth year of secondary education. As new technologies are 00:00:04
present in our students' daily lives, there is a need to raise awareness about the risk and the 00:00:08
correct use of the internet. In the class, there is one student with attention deficit hyperactivity 00:00:12
disorder, which will be taken into account, especially in this activity when forming groups. 00:00:16
This situation has been divided into sessions. In the first session, the students will expand 00:00:21
their vocabulary range and they will watch an episode of the tv show called catfish in order 00:00:25
to practice their listening skills and to be prepared for the second session in which they 00:00:30
will have to create their own catfish episode to do that they will form groups of three people 00:00:35
and they will create an instagram profile for the catfisher they will have to divide and create 00:00:39
roles according to their roles shown in the tv program and they will have to record themselves 00:00:44
as if they were in the tv program in the third session we will watch all the episodes and each 00:00:49
group will have to peer assess the group that has the profile following a rubric. 00:00:54
