Tarea final CID 24 - Unboxing video activity
The activity consists of students creating an unboxing video in English, describing and

reviewing an object or device. It is aimed at a group of 28 students in fourth year of ESO,

which includes three dyslexic students. The accessibility criteria used to cater for all

learning needs include extra time allowance and other support measures. The active methodologies

included in the activity are flipped classroom design thinking and project-based learning.

The activity is set out in four steps or stages. In stage one, students will watch at home a

pre-selected unboxing video. The following day, the video will be analysed in class in terms of

style, organisation of the information and language. In Stage 2, students will work in pairs and write

their scripts following the steps established in Stage 1. Students will be able to film their
00:00:38
videos at this point. In Stage 3, students will edit their videos and upload them to the subject's
00:00:43
virtual classroom. And finally, in Stage 4, the videos will be viewed in class and assessed

through peer assessment and teacher assessment rubrics. Thank you.
