We need energy for everything we do and there are different types of energy.

Light energy, which is provided by the sun or light bulbs.

Thermal energy, which is provided by the sun or the fire.

Electrical energy, which results from the flow of electric charge.

Mechanical energy, which is the energy in people or in objects when they are moving.

For example, when we cook food in the oven, electrical energy from the socket changes
