Hello class! Today we will learn all together about man-made and 00:00:00
natural elements that we can find in different landscapes. 00:00:07
So if you can remember, there are three important landscapes. 00:00:15
flat landscape, coastal landscape, and mountain landscape. 00:00:22
Some examples of natural elements, which are elements we find from nature 00:00:30
that come from the earth, are lakes, mountains, 00:00:38
rocks, trees, okay? And some examples of man-made elements are houses, buildings, bridges, 00:00:45
and roads. Here we will look at pictures of my favorite park in Madrid. It is called Parque 00:01:01
de el capricho have you been to parque de el capricho 00:01:12
i love that park it is very beautiful and fun to walk around in 00:01:19
here i have taken some photos from the internet 00:01:26
of the park and we will find natural and man-made elements 00:01:29
in each photo. First let's begin on top. So we will circle red for man-made elements or blue 00:01:36
for natural elements. So in this first photo we can see a lake, rocks, waterfall, bridge, 00:01:49
and house. So first we will begin with our man-made elements and I will circle in red 00:02:04
so you can see which elements are man-made in this photo. The bridge was built by humans 00:02:15
to help people cross from one side to the other over the water. Also the house 00:02:26
was built by humans so that they could live beside the water. Next, we have many different 00:02:36
natural elements in our picture. Can you tell me one natural element that you see out loud? 00:02:49
Excellent! Okay, so I see a tree, a rock, and of course the lake. So all of these are examples 00:03:01
of natural elements in blue, and all we have circled in red are our man-made elements. 00:03:22
Now we have another picture of a different part of the park. Here we have Greek columns 00:03:31
built by humans and we have trees. So we already know that trees are natural elements. 00:03:41
elements. However, the Greek columns were definitely built by people. Greek columns 00:03:52
are very important for history and they are beautiful and they are very important structures. 00:04:03
So this is a man-made element built by people. 00:04:10
