With Isabel II out of Spain and the Bourbon dynasty destroyed, 00:00:19
It was elected a provisional government with Francisco Serrano like president, but the one who commands was Juan Plin. 00:00:24
This is the beginning of the Sextenio Democratic and a general election was ordered in January of 1869. 00:00:34
Spain still was a monarchy, but without king and anyone went to the Bourbon. 00:00:45
They asked one kid that he'd been when Isabel II was a child, but he said no. 00:00:50
They gave the crown to Amadeo of Savoia, but Frim was killed, and this is a bad thing. 00:00:57
Amadeo of Savoia resigned, and he says that the Spanish people are ungovernable. 00:01:04
Then they declared the Republic, but the politics in Spain followed in a stable. 00:01:13
It was four presidents in ten months. 00:01:20
The first president was Stanislao Figueras that decided to carry out elections to achieve the majority of votes, but not many votes. 00:01:24
Figueras resided. The second was Francisco P. Imarcal, but he resided too. 00:01:42
