Hello, we are Laura Valdepeñas, Lucia Navarra and Carmen Rodríguez
00:00:02
and we are going to show you the elements that we have to use to do this project that is called Different Densities.
00:00:06
We have to use a glass, water, liquid colorant, oil, liquid glycerin that we are going to dissolve in few minutes,
00:00:13
a piece of nickel, a plug and a grate.
00:00:28
Now we are going to dissolve the glycerin.
00:00:34
Now we have the glycerin dissolved, we are going to put the oil and then the water.
00:00:41
We see the different layers that forms.
00:00:50
Here is the glycerin, here the water and here the oil.
00:00:58
We are going to put the colorant in some layers dissolved and in other not.
00:01:05
The layers are formed, here is the glittering, then the water and then the oil.
00:01:19
But the glittering and the water is not distinguished but they are made the layers.
00:01:25
And now I am going to put the first element that is a piece of nitro.
00:01:33
The second object we are going to put is the grape.
00:01:37
And we see that it stays in one layer.
00:01:45
And now I'm going to put the last object that is the blue.
00:01:49
As you can see it stays in the last layer as it's less dense.
00:01:54
As the color is yellow we can appreciate the different layers about the glycerin and the water.
00:02:00
but here we see that it's a thin layer of glittering and then the layer of the
00:02:07
water and this has been evaporated of different densities
