environmental awareness. The motto of our school is, if you really love nature, you have to 00:00:20

know it, you can't love what you don't know. Well, innovation and digitalization are 00:00:27

two very interesting tools to face all the challenges that environmental awareness 00:00:33

environmental in the areas that have been mentioned before at the same time because young people are motivated 00:00:39

and these tools serve as a revulsor to develop all their potential at a professional level 00:00:46

which is ultimately what they come to do in our centers the green innovation projects 00:00:53

that we carry in our centers are multiple among them because the restoration project 00:00:58

of restoration of the Almeda of the forest of Villavicíos Abadón, we have a project 00:01:05

Currently, we are developing several projects with entities such as ESGREFA, 00:01:34

in a project called WATERBRIDGE, which enhances the aquatic environments 00:01:42

such as puddles and wetlands in the form of natural corridors for many species 00:01:47

that are very unknown to the population and are strongly threatened by human presence, 00:01:51

Another project that we also carry out from the center is a group 00:01:58

This is an initiative of a student, Bruno Blanco, who did the end-of-cycle project on vertical gardening, 00:03:38

designed this garden and well, all the teachers, the classmates, the students and I think that the entire 00:03:45

educational community has participated in this project, which is why we are very proud of it. 00:03:51

It is a hydroponic vertical garden, that is, it does not have practically any substrates. This is another 00:03:54

project of another student, Julián Solís. It is a 2019 project where Julián wanted to investigate 00:04:00

the implementation of urban tree planting, which ultimately tried to solve three problems 00:04:08

that the tree has in the city, one is that it is not thought of the appropriate spacing 00:04:13

for when that tree is going to be adult, another is the problem of the aeration of the soils 00:04:18

and finally it is the issue of the inertization of the soils in the cities. 00:04:24

To me the Nplus project seems to me a very interesting opportunity for the students and 00:04:30

specifically in the field of environmental awareness because there is a natural deficit 00:04:35

in the cities as we know most of the population unfortunately more urban than rural and 00:04:41

we want to encourage our students that there is a future in the field from the 00:04:47
