Hello, we are Marta and Alex, two teachers at Atul Education School Paracuellos de Jarama, 00:00:05
and today we are presenting our radio program called Empoder Radio. 00:00:11
We are an Erasmus school and we have had different Erasmus projects since 2017. 00:00:16
Thanks to our accreditation, last February we visited Atul Education Center Barakli in Smith, Turkey, 00:00:22
with our colleagues Natalia and eight other students and we feel so welcome by 00:00:29
everyone at Baraklis school and the program was so interesting that we learned 00:00:34
a lot from you. In return, we are so glad to host a group of five teachers and four 00:00:39
students for the Public Education Center Baraklis. We are so glad to introduce 00:00:45
Özlem and İzil, the Turkish coordinators of this mobility. Hello Özlem and İzil, 00:00:50
how are you? Hello, I'm fine, thanks. Let me speak in Spanish. Hola, bien, gracias. Muy bien. 00:00:57
We would like to ask you a few questions about this Erasmus Plus mobility in Madrid. 00:01:08
The first one is, why did you decide to participate in this Erasmus mobility? 00:01:14
Well, first, our project helped us get new understanding and perspectives in learning as well as cooperation with different adult education centers, local associations, and participants, I mean, vulnerable women. 00:01:18
Secondly, the Erasmus Visit exchange enabled us to discover new places, cultures, international cuisine, city life, and city plan. 00:01:36
Thirdly, through the project we had an opportunity to meet new people. 00:01:44
Good. Well, I thought you have talked about the different aspects about the Erasmus program. 00:01:49
Can you tell us any aspects about the Erasmus program you like most? 00:01:56
What we like most about the project is not only one thing. 00:02:01
For example, with the help of the project, 00:02:07
now especially participants feel more confident. It is beautiful to be supported by local associations, 00:02:10
institutions and the local municipality. Also it's amazing for women from different 00:02:20
race, religion and language to improve themselves and integrate with the society they live in. 00:02:26
Good. What similarities can you find between your school there in Turkey and our school? 00:02:32
I see. The similarities between the two centers are that there are a wide range of education, both in general and vocational fields. That's so nice. 00:02:40
And what are the differences? 00:02:55
The differences are that here the visual studies are more everywhere. 00:02:58
Also, names of women were given to each room, classes. 00:03:04
That's so nice, that's beautiful, beautiful. 00:03:11
Ana Slim, what activity in the program this week did you like most? 00:03:14
Let me say that our project is rich, first of all. Creative writing activities and learning Spanish in your center were rich, really rich. 00:03:18
And each participant said that they enjoyed very much these activities. Gracias. 00:03:35
Gracias a ti. The most obvious question. Do you like Spain? 00:03:42
Of course. Your country is amazing, beautiful. 00:03:46
Can you tell us three positive aspects about visiting Spain? 00:03:50
There are lots of things to mention about your beautiful country called culture. 00:03:56
The network. Transportation is so beautiful. 00:04:06
It's easy to get everywhere through metro and buses, and the people of Madrid are so friendly, they are smiling, and Spanish cuisine, as well as international cuisine, is delicious. 00:04:11
We enjoyed Spanish cuisine. 00:04:30
Good, good. 00:04:32
Another obvious question. 00:04:33
Did you learn any Spanish word? 00:04:36
Yes. It's better, I think, to ask the participants. Could you say some Spanish words you have learned? 00:04:38
How are you? 00:04:47
Can you say the Spanish words again? 00:04:49
How are you? 00:04:51
How are you? 00:04:53
Thank you 00:04:55

Where are you from? 00:05:11
Great 00:05:13
In culture, what cultural aspects of Spain do you like most? 00:05:15
Museums are amazing, beautiful, and I myself admire the city plan. 00:05:20
Your city plan, your parks, buildings, wide streets, they are so beautiful. 00:05:27
I feel relaxed in Madrid while traveling and everywhere is clean. I love, I love this beautiful city. 00:05:36
Well, now you have visited Madrid, would you like to return to Madrid in the future? 00:05:48
Hopefully yes, certainly, exactly. 00:05:54
Well, thank you so much for being here with us. 00:05:59
we are so happy to have met you and all your students and hopefully we will 00:06:03
continue our cooperation in the future. We love Turkey and we would like to say 00:06:09
