It deals with the topic of ageism and social bias and it is addressed at a group of C1 English students at the School of Languages.

This group is heterogeneous in age, profession and interest but they are all highly motivated.

The learning situation is inclusive as it uses scaffolding with different levels of difficulty,

Universal Design for Learning which is part of the methodology and adaptive text for dyslexic students.

As for the methodology, it follows the communicative approach and several active methodologies such as project-based learning,

universal design for learning, which is especially applied in the final product, or learning stations.

Regarding the final product, students will design a social awareness campaign in their preferred format,

which will be presented in front of the class at the end.

Finally, as for the assessment, the teacher will use a rubric to assess the student's project

And there will also be self-assessment and peer assessment rubrics for the students

so as to have a holistic assessment of the learning situation.
