It was endorsed by 91.81% of Spanish citizens. 00:00:24
The Constitution established Spain as a robust state under the rule of law. 00:00:30
A united and indivisible nation, in which legal certainty was indisputable and people's rights and freedoms were a reality. 00:00:35
Spain was established as a parliamentary monarchy. 00:00:43
A nation with 17 autonomous communities and two autonomous cities. 00:00:46
The Constitution recognizes the right of autonomy of nationalities and regions. 00:00:51
And thanks to this, Spain has transformed itself into a highly decentralized country, 00:00:56
whose autonomous communities manage their own education, health, culture and social assistance, among many other areas. 00:01:02
