Hello everyone, today I'm excited to introduce you to our project called Green Waves designed

for our fourth of ESU students here at Anon Mylingual School. The main objectives of Green

Waves are first, to enhance students' vocabulary about nature and the environment, alongside

practicing the present perfect tense and other present tenses learned during this term. And

second, to apply these language skills in a real-world context by creating a podcast

about a green initiative in Madrid.

Students begin by researching a green initiative

and then they prepare a script to record a podcast

in both Spanish and English,

incorporating not only their findings

but also the vocabulary and grammar they learned.

To make the project accessible,

we have structured it with various tasks to be assessed,

provided printed materials and organised it into manageable steps.

Assessment is done using a rubric

ensuring fair evaluation of students' teamwork, communication, and contribution.

And finally, students produce a podcast episode
