A brief explanation about how to use QR code to organize students tasks and resources using a flipped classroom methodology
Hi all! In this video I'd like to explain you how QR codes have helped us to organize our students' work.
00:00:00
Why? Last year I started to use a flipped classroom project. It worked very well, but I found a problem.
00:00:07
The problem was that the information, links and resources my students had to use was very fragmented.
00:00:14
For example, in the blog, in the mobile phone, in the textbook, in the notebook and even in the parents' WhatsApp group.
00:00:20
a subgroup. And I thought, how can I put all these resources together? And the solution
00:00:27
can be the use of QR codes. Yes, this little square may help our students to access information
00:00:33
from their own textbook. That's very easy. You choose a link, a video, and enter in your
00:00:41
blog whatever. And then you create the code, you download it, you print it, and then you
00:00:47
you can stick it with cellotape in their textbook.
00:00:55
Then when your students have to review their topic,
00:00:58
the only thing they need to access to that resource
00:01:01
is by using the mobile phone and using the QR code
00:01:03
and then all the information appears in their mobile phone.
00:01:08
Thank you very much.
