However, carrying that much can cause problems such as bad posture and severe back injuries,

along with muscle tension in parts like the shoulders and neck.

Moreover, it can be challenging for students to go to some places,

such as narrow pathways in high schools,

which can cause anxiety and fatigue in short ways in school.

It can also affect any organisation, because it is more common to forget things or materials.

Likewise, all these together can cause demotivation and lack of energy in students.

We propose schools and educational organisations to think about alternatives of traditional books,

like digital books.

Applying technology can be a life-changing action,

because we could take advantage of all the digital features.

Using technology can prevent health problems on students due to textbooks.

In fact, we strongly believe that the change of tablets will improve students' motivation

and contribute to the environment, because it reduces ink and paper.

In addition, tablets are not comfortable because of the weight.

To conclude, we consider if the machine tablets in schools to decrease the load in students' bags

could be a good movement for the environment and for students,

as we will reduce the use of ink and paper and the physical tension in students.

To achieve this, we propose to obtain subsets and a single package to provide these dispositives in schools.
