Despite Spain's previous legislation not being passed, it has achieved its essential purpose of protecting the consumer. 00:00:58

Are they truly aiming for protecting the consumer or to take advantage of the people who suffer from an addiction by taking even more money from them? 00:01:48
The state is aware that this harms the consumer, but chooses to ignore it in order to gain 00:01:55

This is exactly why banning this will cause more harm than good, and therefore it shouldn't 00:02:01

Even if the government looks after benefiting from this method, it will only lead to a cobra 00:02:10
effect that will cost a loss of money for the entire population. 00:02:15
Online gambling is around 140 billion euros in taxes. 00:02:18
Losing even a small part of it will bring catastrophic consequences for Spain's economy. 00:02:22
So, in online gambling, additions should be imposed gradually, with regulations, and not 00:02:27

Our answer is definitely not, as banning it will cause Poland more harm and good, and 00:02:37
we will prove so through our three main points, the mitigation of harm, the state being hypercritical, 00:02:42

This method, even if it may or may not come from an overall objective, will force the population to release the coverage that the government may or may not be trying to hide, only achieving the goals of our entire proposition. 00:02:49
