Today I'm going to talk about Cristobal Molina. 00:00:00
He was born on the 24th of March of 1579 in Madrid 00:00:04
and he died on the 12th of February of 1648 in Almacán, Missouri. 00:00:18
During his life three kings reigned. 00:00:37
That one is Felipe II, Felipe III, and Felipe IV. 00:00:40
Molina used languages with cultural influences and highlights the realistic tone. 00:01:07
César Molina in YEM used theatre, comedy, and poetry. 00:01:15
My favorite part of his life was when he had a very intellectual, humanistic, and logical training. 00:01:24
After 192 years after his death, Spain decided to build a square on his honor, called the Solmones. 00:01:39
Are these ones? 00:01:57
Let's start with some of his works. In 1611, he wrote two works, the ones were El vergonzoso en palacio and El melancólico, and in 1612 he wrote Cómo agradecer los amigos and La villana de la sagra. 00:02:35
In 1613 he wrote, in 1614 he wrote three works, El Castigo del Penseque, Quien Calle Otorga, and Marta la Piradosa. 00:02:56
And finally in 1615 he wrote Don Gil de las Cabezas Verdes. 00:03:16
One of the best works, in the same way in the road, was 00:03:21
Aria, Aria. 00:03:34
