World recipes project about different culinary expressions around the world.
The activity is called World Recipe. It's a group activity designed for first-of-achirato, composed of 34 students, four of which are ADHD or dyslexic, so they have some special needs.

The project consists of exploring different traditional recipes around the world and choosing one and cooking it in a group,

and then delivering a presentation in class about how to cook it and designing a recipe sheet with steps and pictures of the history and everything they have found interesting about this dish.

As main goals, of course, teamwork, appreciation of different cultures, developing research skills, speaking in public and learning specific vocabulary related to cooking and ingredients and so on.

So, assessment will be performed through rubrics, one rubric for presentation, another rubric for recipe assessment, and another rubric for students to be able to peer assess their peers, their group mates, in order to help them improve for upcoming group work.

Of course, some students will have adaptation because they've got ADHD or they're dyslexic,

so we'll be using open dyslexic formant, we'll be having some time flexibility for those

students who need a bit more time.
