I feel good, I knew that I would now, so good, so good, sugar and spice, I feel nice, sugar 00:00:19
and spice, so nice, so nice. 00:00:53
good afternoon we are broadcasting this special program from the school radio 00:01:06
jacinto benavente de galapagar and today we have a special guest who has already told me that he is 00:01:28
in school and he is going to come to our radio studio so that we can ask him a series of 00:01:33
Well, I'm sure Ruth has been able to come even running from her work. 00:02:00
Ruth, good afternoon. 00:02:12
Hello, good afternoon to everyone. 00:02:13
How are you? 00:02:15
Here, with nerves, wishing you would come to do this interview, to meet you. 00:02:17
So let's start right now, okay? 00:02:23
Come on, great. 00:02:26
Come on. 00:02:27
Life is a race, a race of obstacles that we have to go jumping and overcoming at every moment. 00:02:30
But many people make jumping, running, and throwing a fun way to dedicate their lives and sometimes to become their profession. 00:03:47
Cavi, would you like to meet a world champion athlete? 00:03:58
Yes, and you? 00:04:02
Me too. 00:04:04
But you also deserve effort, sacrifice, and more time if you really want to be among the best. 00:04:11
In the field of play or on the athletic court, on television or in the media, we only see a small part of the life of an athlete, in front of a few people or thousands of them who only want you to beat others. 00:04:18
others. But the life of an athlete is not just that, that part may be the 00:04:34
smallest because the truth that makes you be good, better or simply 00:04:45
go unnoticed for the rest is the daily work, the constant repetition of 00:04:55
movements, plays, gestures and especially efforts to be the best. 00:05:02
We have the immense fortune to get to know an elite athlete more closely, one of those people who train hard every day to be competing with the best in the world. 00:06:04
Estoy con nosotros Ruth León Casado, del Club Atletismo. 00:07:20
Valdeiglesias Martín Berlanas. 00:07:26
Athlete and champion Master 35 in the 800 and 1500 m tests in the Spanish championship, which was held in March in Antequera, Málaga. 00:07:30
In May, she has been declared World Veterans Champion in 800 meters and World Sub-Champion in 1500 meters on a covered track, in Torum, Poland. 00:07:46
A big round of applause for our special guest, Ruth León. 00:08:02
Good afternoon, Ruth. Thank you very much for accepting the invitation and for coming to spend this time with us. 00:08:06
Good afternoon and thank you very much to all of you and to the general school for wanting to talk to me so that I can tell you a little about my experience, so we are delighted and it is a pleasure to be here with all of you. 00:08:23
We also want to thank your sister Judith who is working as a teacher in this school because she has been the one who has informed us that what you have achieved 00:08:39
very recently in the world track championship in Torun, Poland. 00:08:56
Tell us a little about how long you have been preparing for this world championship and if you expected some results like the ones you got. 00:09:05
Well, let's see, I actually have been waiting for this championship since I turned 35 years old. 00:09:15
Well, in the end I entered a new category, which is the Master category, which is for athletes who are already over 35 years old. 00:09:24
So, as last year I tried the track and I really liked training and competing on the track, 00:09:32
my coach proposed to me that this year we were going to focus the season on going to Poland to see what was happening. 00:09:38
So, actually, what you ask me, if I had an idea of getting what I got, well, actually no. 00:09:47
You give your best and wait for the best race to come out. 00:09:55
But in the end you have to be aware that when you compete, it also depends a lot on the others. 00:10:02
And just as I was very prepared, so were all the girls I competed with. 00:10:09
So I didn't expect to achieve what I achieved, but I did try to strive and fight for it. 00:10:14
we have prepared some questions but also our classmates from other classes who have come to listen to us and to see us also our families 00:10:23
yes because we are also broadcasting it live for all of Spain and for the whole world because you already know now that thanks to the internet we can reach anywhere 00:10:35
place they before you arrived days before thanks to your sister we have been watching the videos 00:10:45
and they were nervous when they saw you run they encouraged you to win knowing in advance how 00:10:52
you had stayed but they encouraged you anyway yes yes well it is true that in the end when I see it I also 00:10:59
get so nervous and that I already know what happens but well in the end I think that when because when you 00:11:04
compete or when you see something that you like a lot because in the end you live it with that emotion the times 00:11:10
we will also receive questions through whatsapp and I do not know if there will be 00:11:14
a phone call also for them to talk to you because the people who are listening to us 00:11:20
in each of the classes ruth thank you very much for the effort you have made to come to our 00:11:26
school because you are also you are a teacher and you have finished your classes a while ago you can 00:11:39
decide what school you work in? Well, yes, look, I work in a school in Madrid called 00:11:47
Madrid Sur, it is next door, let's go to the Vallecas bridge, what happens is that since we have a 00:11:53
day off, at 2 o'clock I have asked for permission to come running, running, well, I came 00:11:58
in the car slowly, but in plan to leave quickly to be able to get here and be with all of you. 00:12:04
Exactly, we are all teachers, well, we are all teachers, but yes, yes, and well, 00:13:02
because in reality it was something that I had quite clear, I liked sports a lot and in the end, 00:13:07
as I had lived it, because in the end it was something that I did have clear that I wanted to do 00:13:14
when I was older. There is already a question, I don't know, I think it was from third grade, have you ever had 00:13:18
any injury? Yes, in fact when I was little I danced and then I lived in Madrid and then we 00:13:26
moved here to the Sierra Villalba and it is true that the first year I did not know any 00:13:33
academy or anything then I started to train and in fact the first years that I trained athletics 00:13:39
I got injured when I was little and it was one of the reasons why I stopped running again 00:13:44
and then when I have resumed with the passage of time I just started running in 2018 at the end of 00:13:49
2018 and the first year so I got injured I had a pretty big injury in the hip that 00:13:55
we have that took me away from running for three or four months and then it is true that injuries as if 00:14:03
important because I have not had I have been very careful when it comes to taking care of myself to work the 00:14:10
strength also and well in the end well you have little things but nothing that has taken me so long 00:14:16
less when I turned 35 last year it is true that I already competed in the absolute Madrid championship 00:14:51
that I was third but now when I started at 35 years old let's say that the achievements have been 00:14:57
greater in fourth they ask us mine after the tutor to mine they ask us what you felt when 00:15:03
you won and if you shared it and in what way with your family because in reality something that 00:15:10
for me it was very important just before leaving before the race that day I had 00:15:17
talked to my coach and it was like look, you can stay first and fifth and do it phenomenal, that is, in the 00:15:26
end, what we say is not to do it as best as possible and see where you can get and I remember 00:15:31
that there was the starting line and I just remembered especially about my nieces who were like 00:15:38
I was there like super concentrated but it was like today I have to enjoy a lot at this 00:15:42
moment because I'm not going to live it many times and then I remember that it is a 00:15:46
rifle like come on I'm going to do it as best I can because they always encourage me a 00:15:50
lot and just at the moment that I passed the finish line that I did not believe it was 00:15:54
like that is, I never thought that I never think that what I have done I have done it 00:15:59
myself, that is, in the end, getting here is a set of, well, not only the 00:16:03
spirits and how my family in this case supports me that also many 00:16:10
sometimes it means a lot of things to have to give up certain things or that they understand that 00:16:15
you have to run or you have to such and above all that I remembered it a lot, come on, I always 00:16:23
say it, I have arrived there for all the support I have from my family, so of course, obviously 00:16:28
it is something that as soon as you cross the mind you say how strong what I have just achieved and what 00:16:32
I want to be able to celebrate it with my family, which is the one that has made me arrive there, we are going to 00:16:38
receive a call marina let's see marina from the first 00:16:43
to see 00:16:51
they are listening 30 seconds of delay marina 00:16:57
you hear me 00:17:02
Marina. 00:17:05
Marina, do you hear me? 00:17:11
Yes, hello, Pedro. 00:17:14
Come on, tell us. 00:17:15
We call you first, come. 00:17:16
We have the captains of the teams 00:17:19
who are going to ask some questions 00:17:21
to Ruth, the champion. 00:17:22
Hello, Ruth. 00:17:25
Our team is La Liga. 00:17:26
And how many trophies have you won? 00:17:29
well, it sounds a little yes, yes, yes, perfectly, look, in addition to the championships that now 00:17:31
in the world and the Spanish championship or the Madrid championship, which in the end are medals, I also compete 00:17:46
on the route that is called that they are races in the street, I do 10-kilometer races, I have 00:17:53
5-kilometer races and well I don't have an exact number I don't know right now the number of 00:18:00
trophies that I have won but it is true that I will have approximately 10-12 race trophies 00:18:07
in which I have participated on the route and then at the level of important medals I have five medals 00:18:14
someone also asked here for the animals that if you go out to run with your dog it means that 00:18:22
I have an eight-year-old dog called Blossom and I am lucky because not all dogs and all breeds allow you the same, right? 00:18:30
Logically, it is like people, because each one is different. 00:18:41
Well, I am lucky that my dog is quite nervous and has a lot of aerobic capacity. 00:18:44
So it is true that it was one of the excuses to go out to run, spend time with her. 00:18:49
and to this day I continue to practice sports with her I try especially on Sundays to go out 00:18:56
to run with her and spend time together and well now that the heat is starting a little bit 00:19:04
because obviously not anymore because she gets tired but yes yes yes I go out to run almost every 00:19:09
week with her you talked before the injuries in sixth c fabiano asks what was the most 00:19:14
be prepared there are still questions they ask us who is your coach when you train that is 00:20:10
very important the level of and the training rhythm that you have and the level of demand because you 00:20:16
work they asked if you had children you did not have children I do not have children you have a little 00:20:21
more time not clear I suppose that this is like everything not in the end you dedicate the time to well 00:20:28
Well, now I have more time because obviously I don't have children, so it's true that it takes me a lot of time. 00:20:33
I train five days a week. I train five days of running and one of strength, so there's only one day a week that I don't do anything. 00:20:42
It's true that I do it because I like it. I always say, it's true, I don't want to run every day, 00:20:50
run but just as not everyone likes our obligations but we do it because in the end 00:20:56
the result because we like it and well, my coach is antonio tony and he is also an athlete 00:21:03
and well, I suppose that trusting your coach a lot is fundamental in the end there has to be a very 00:21:13
good relationship because we spend a lot of time together and when it comes time to know everything that 00:21:19
comes ahead if I had not been if I had not taken it to him let's say in a way that 00:21:26
confidence that he because in the end he did not arrive at a championship if he does not trust that you can 00:21:31
do it because in the end it is very complicated that you get it several questions about the careers 00:21:37
which has been the most difficult career which is the longest career you have done and in which you have 00:21:42
that I got to 15 16 or 18 kilometers but competing the maximum I do is 10 kilometers the 00:22:12
most difficult because I could say I think the most difficult thing I have done has been the 1500 that I did 00:22:19
there in poland because although although I was second the level of suffering for me was greater 00:22:25
and the achievement did not take me a gold medal but it is always what we did that it is not only winning 00:22:33
but what I achieved in that race for me was very important and the one that I enjoyed the most 00:22:38
well it is true that on the one hand jope because the 800 is for me of course that race because it is that I will 00:22:44
always remember it because I never when they tell me you dreamed of being world champion because I never 00:22:50
dreamed of it because it was something that did not enter my plans but then it is true that 00:22:56
10-kilometer races I have enjoyed a lot for example the san silvestre vallecana when the 00:23:01
we are going to find out with your questions 00:23:36
while you think I have a question and if you keep doing 00:23:42
races yes yes of course now when the championship is over because I had 00:23:48
like two more weeks calm and now I'm good a little in preparation for 00:23:54
what comes but for example the last weekend I already competed I went to compete 00:23:59
to elche I did five kilometers and tomorrow I compete tomorrow I have an 800 in 00:24:03
I'm going to call again to see now you listen to us pedro 00:25:06
not before the races before the races and I also take advantage of this 00:25:16
group said that if you had some special amulet you have any 00:25:25
races because the truth is that as well as something you always consciously do 00:25:30
in high school but well riding a bike I also like it and in reality any type of sport that 00:27:21
I consider myself because I like to try to try all the sports several questions also before 00:27:27
running or competing what is your diet just before eating or before competing and 00:27:33
how do you feel when you are left with questions that the children ask if the third or fourth draw is 00:27:39
okay, well, food is true that it is super important, as with everything, what 00:27:45
happens is that you have to know because when you compete what type of food you need before 00:27:51
then before competing when you are going to make an energy expenditure you need to eat enough 00:27:55
carbohydrates so then before the races four or five hours if the race is in the 00:28:00
morning the previous dinner is super important and if the race is in the afternoon then the 00:28:06
food then it is true that I usually eat a lot of pasta rice especially rice 00:28:11
white before races carbohydrates carbohydrates yes yes total and then 00:28:15
as what you have told me when you are third or fourth because well it is true 00:28:20
that it is not the same in a championship than when you compete in time in a 00:28:25
championship that the goal is to win well well if you are third and 00:28:29
fourth but you have done a good career and then the first and the second have been 00:28:33
better than you because hey you also have to value that the others are better and 00:28:36
well in the end it is to enjoy what I do and when you compete on the route it is the same in the end 00:28:39
I especially what I am clear about is that I am happy with the career that I have done in the 00:28:48
position in which we are going with another call marina marina to see marina marina marina 00:28:53
we are listening to marina when you want to ask first 00:29:03
it is not heard marina it is not heard it is not heard it is not heard they asked what brand 00:29:13
of shoes you use shoes were important when you and your muscles and your legs and your heart 00:29:20
Well, sometimes it is true that today all brands have very good shoes and I usually compete with Nike, but well, especially because it is a type of shoe that I like, but well, also Puma has given me shoes and I like them too, so in the end, with a shoe, of course, I normally compete with Nike, but I can compete with other brands. 00:29:27
Marina, now you can talk. 00:29:51
in reality there is no economic endowment of the awards, that is, when I have been a champion of 00:30:21
Spain and world champion I have not had anything economic simply good because the medals 00:30:27
not the recognition but at the master level there is no economic prize behind in some 00:30:34
careers so there is but no obviously no I do not live from it, I mean, I am very clear that I am a 00:30:44
teacher I love my job and running I do it for to enjoy spending time 00:30:49
doing sports and especially also because I train in groups in the end what I like 00:30:57
is to spend time with my team with my friends and with my friends and that I do it for 00:31:02
enjoy that is, I do not live from it now that you talk about enjoying with your 00:31:07
colleagues that when you are running is long distance they asked this question in 00:31:12
so it is true that when I train when I am training and I do series that in the end 00:31:44
is the most complicated thing in reality I am thinking simply about my colleagues that I carry 00:31:51
in front of me that normally I always compete with us I train with boys and they go ahead then 00:31:56
follow the rhythm and when I do shoots that are the long shoots or I go with music or I go with 00:32:01
colleagues or with colleagues then you can go allows you to talk because you are filming 00:32:08
So, in the end, it's all about the concentration. 00:32:12
Any questions? 00:32:16
Let's see, I don't know if we have Marina on the other side, 00:32:17
because I tried earlier. Marina? 00:32:19
Marina? 00:32:22
She's on the phone. 00:32:24
No. 00:32:26
Nothing, come on, questions. 00:32:27
Over here, Nico. 00:32:29
Do you have a hobby or a hobby? 00:32:30
Well, for me, running is my hobby. 00:32:34
I mean, it's what I like and I do it. 00:32:36
But I also like reading a lot. 00:32:38
I like to listen to music, and well, actually they are my hobbies. And dancing, which I have done a lot. 00:32:41
Vera. 00:32:50
Well, how does it feel to be first in the first competition that you did, how does it feel to be first and then second? 00:32:52
leaving I already knew that I was going to be second I knew that the first one was brutally better than me 00:33:35
but but well I always say it to me I would love to continue competing with her to continue being 00:33:41
second behind her if that makes me better I improved my brand a lot in 1500 and then I was 00:33:47
second but I was super happy because I had achieved something very cool that was to do that 00:33:55
importante 00:34:19
What year did you start your career? 00:34:31
What year did I start my career? I understand, to run? 00:34:36
Yes. 00:34:40
Yes? 00:34:41
Well, look, I ran when I was little and just in sixth grade, when I got to Villalba, I ran 11, 12 and 13 years, approximately, and then I quit. 00:34:42
And I retook it in October 2018. 00:34:55
So I'm going to do five years running now again. 00:34:58
Ruth, tell me. 00:35:02
What was your hardest training? 00:35:06
Well, I've had quite hard workouts not to finish them, but I've already learned. 00:35:11
Well, they are workouts, because there are times when you come to train and you think that the workout you have is easy, that you can get it out. 00:35:21
take out but sometimes the body because we do not come we are not every day the same you are more 00:35:28
tired something has happened to you then your body does not always react the same way so I have had 00:35:32
few but two or three workouts that I have not finished and to this day I still have hard workouts 00:35:39
that I think would not end what happens that I finish it even if it does not come out as well as it should 00:35:45
come out but I always think about when I get home and I'm going to take a shower to say at 00:35:51
least I have tried you know instead of saying I can't do it anymore and throw the 00:35:57
towel if I do it even if it doesn't come out as well as it should come out yes but if 00:36:02
I have to do imagine three series even if the last one can't do it 00:36:08
I do it even if it's looser but to say I have tried and at least I know that I have 00:36:13
put everything on my part 00:36:18
well when I was little I had nine when I arrived I made the 00:36:23
get closer to the microphone to open the one that is there next to what techniques you use for 00:36:54
races what exactly do you mean with what technique as to run faster or something 00:37:05
like that your strategy also good my race strategy yes ok well look for example in the 00:37:14
In the Torun 800 race, I knew that there were several girls who were quite fast, in fact, they had better time than me. 00:37:21
So, the day before, talking to my coach, especially in the races, I don't go out throwing, I don't go out first. 00:37:31
I try to stay behind because I have like a sprint, each one has... 00:37:42
Let's say you can work all the parts of the race, the sprint, the resistance and everything, but there are things that in the end, genetically, each one has its capabilities, it gives us better. 00:37:46
And I knew it had a strong end. So I stayed behind until I waited for the moment. I knew I could throw and not and without stopping. 00:37:57
yes then well as my strategy normally is to try to wait for the end but there are times 00:38:09
that for example it depends on the race there are other types of strategies for example in the 1500 00:38:16
it happened to me I knew that the girl who was going to throw was going to throw from the beginning because I was going to 00:38:22
follow her knowing that later it was not going to have an end it was to stay close to her until I 00:38:27
could stand it you know and in fact she later told me because in the end between us because a little 00:38:33
know each other and she told me I knew I had to throw because you have a good 00:38:39
end and if I was going slower then in the end you could beat me in the end they are 00:38:43
career strategies to see some more calls marina a question 00:38:49
hello how do you call 00:38:55
I repeat the question come on tell me how you call 00:38:58
Hi Ruth! 00:39:03
Hi! 00:39:05
Hi Ruth! 00:39:07
Hi Ruth! 00:39:09
It's repetitive 00:39:15
This question is, what do you like more, to be a teacher or to be an athlete? 00:39:17
Wow, that's difficult. 00:39:35
Thank you very much. 00:39:38
I love being a teacher because that's why I dedicate myself to it and I know that this is what I enjoy every day, but if I had to stay with something, I would stay with being a teacher, because being a teacher also allows me to run, but I don't like to have to choose, I like both things. 00:39:40
if I thought where I was and with whom I was not in the end I was in an exit line with eight 00:40:31
girls from different countries that I did not know and it was like a jope I there representing Spain 00:40:38
because very nervous what happens is that at the moment they give the exit gun because the 00:40:46
truth is that all my nerves are removed I do not know what happens to my body that at that moment 00:40:51
already in reality it was like one more race very focused at that moment in those four laps 00:40:56
and during the race I was super super focused I was not nervous and when you finished the race 00:41:03
you felt proud of yourself super super proud but not of me but of because I remembered what 00:41:12
I told you I was super proud to have arrived there but to have been lucky to be able to 00:41:20
have arrived there that is what I tell you because I could get there based on a lot of effort with my 00:41:24
colleagues who have helped me to train because in the end it seems that athletics is a very 00:41:30
individual sport and in the end it is very team-based you know me in the end when when I train because 00:41:36
overcoming you is also thanks to your colleagues and your colleagues you know then I 00:41:42
suddenly remembered it was like my head was going I remembered all those people who had helped me 00:41:48
to get there we go to fifth mikaela how do you call sarah hello sarah come on also a good 00:41:54
athlete a question what is your idol in the world of athletics thank you very much now look I don't know if 00:42:04
you know her there is a sportswoman who is younger than me because I am 35 years old but she is an 00:42:15
is an athlete who is called marta perez who has also been a champion and in fact 00:42:22
went to the olympic games of tokyo who also runs 1500 and well let's say that 00:42:28
I have had the luck to compete I was going to say against her not with her because 00:42:35
obviously they do not, but if I have shared an exit line with her and well 00:42:41
for me it's like it's like my idol I love it because it's also like an athlete 00:42:49
very close and well I like it a lot but also esther guerrero who is another 00:42:54
1500 athlete I also like a lot and well let's say they are like my two 00:42:59
referents en el en el 1500 00:43:04
a ver otra llamada ahora sí cuarto cedro 00:43:09
pedro pedro 00:43:17
hola 00:43:20
very far away also when in what year did you realize that it was fun 00:43:34
run for you and be an athlete good when I was little it's true 00:43:46
that I discovered it when I got here to Villalba as I had always danced 00:43:53
because that year I didn't know any academy where to go then well 00:43:57
as I liked to do sports I signed up to run and then there I discovered that I liked it a lot 00:44:04
it is true that as later I liked to dance a lot because I had a little to decide whether to do one 00:44:09
thing or the other but then when I ran again I said wow I liked this a lot and then 00:44:14
well, I guess that whenever I ran I saw that I liked it a lot, there are still food 00:44:23
a bowl with oatmeal with different different seeds and I have made it I have made blueberries I have made 00:44:53
strawberries I usually have breakfast that and banana in second also ask if you as a teacher have 00:45:02
surely passed many students for you for your classes of physical education if you have seen 00:45:09
any special student who has special qualities for athletics well it is true that if 00:45:13
And in fact, I have met several girls who have quite a few skills. 00:45:20
But well, then in the end, I mean, I can transmit it to the families and to them, 00:45:27
but I always think that in the end you have to do the sport that you like, 00:45:32
not the one that suits you, you know? 00:45:37
In the end, the important thing is to enjoy what you do, 00:45:38
because if in the end you are going to do something that you like many days a week, 00:45:43
with a very special guest, world champion, master 35, also a sub-champion in the same 00:48:03
competition from Poland. We have the pleasure of being with Ruth Casado-León, but also another 00:48:11
Casado-León, no, Leon Casado, another Leon Casado, thanks to her, Ruth is here with us. Judith, 00:48:17
Thank you very much for the proposal, for the invitation that you gave us through the group that we could see your sister compete. 00:48:23
Well, for you, as a teacher and as a sister, it is a pleasure for you. How do you feel having a world champion at home? 00:48:37
and tell us some anecdote that you remember from your sister as a child. 00:48:48
It is a pride for the whole family to have someone like Ruth. 00:48:53
It is also true that as a mother I tell you the anecdote that occurs to us, 00:48:58
it is that it is very difficult to have two little girls like I have, 00:49:02
that we will always see her compete and her aunt always wins. 00:49:06
We constantly say it, it is very unpedagogical, very difficult. 00:49:10
very difficult to explain that anyone but good route only tries to transmit that we all transmit that 00:49:17
any position is fabulous as long as you are enjoying it but of course my pecs are very 00:49:23
small and it is still always now for now all win win win clear and it is like the other day 00:49:31
look at the older cousin not my niece who is six years old said ruth is that you still need a 00:49:37
bronze as you look at you have everything but a bronze you do not know 00:49:43
yes that is when it is less curious 00:49:48
good no route more was to go dancing absolutely everywhere 00:49:55
ruti was with us on the street and was dancing all the time looking at 00:50:01
all the cars preparing 1000 choreographies of course you are already six 00:50:04
years younger than me and four younger than my brother is always the super baby 00:50:08
so of course we followed her to see what you are going to do with the little one at the end as 00:50:11
you get a little more aware and she took us everywhere dancing, jumping 00:50:15
Yes, it has always been like that, you know, of course. 00:50:19
Ruth has brought her shoes, she has brought the medals, we have the camera there in front. 00:50:23
Andrea, tell Ruth where she is, get up Ruth and show us, yes, take it off and show us the medal. 00:50:28
There are 7 minutes left of the program, we are finishing, then when he comes out he will be able to sign autographs, he will sign us here too, well, I don't know if you are seeing it, let's see, there I show it to you, there he has the medals, and the others the ones of Toru, how proud, how beautiful. 00:50:37
Well, there are still more questions, please, there are still calls too, I don't know if I had a call, nothing, they ask me if you can sign autographs later. 00:51:05
Yes, I love it, what happens is that, well, yes, yes, I do what you want. 00:51:19
Do you have a picture there, a card? 00:51:24
No, no, I love it. 00:51:26
So you can sign it for us. 00:51:27
Ah, I love it, I wanted to take it. 00:51:28
But we can do it here. 00:51:30
Yes, yes, I sign it for you. 00:51:32
We will leave them on the walls because they are very white, well, very green, and we will put all the people we are interviewing in our little corner. 00:51:34
Great, yes, yes, I'm delighted. 00:51:45
Ruth, we have to say goodbye, we would continue another hour talking to you. 00:51:47
There are a lot of questions from all the students of all the courses who want to know something more about that athlete, 00:51:52
Leita, thanks to your sister Judith, we have met and surely we will continue, we will continue, we will continue you, 00:51:59
what is your next goal, your next career? Well, now it is what I told you before, tomorrow I compete 00:52:06
here in Madrid, in Fuenlabrada, next week I am going to compete in Santander and then as 00:52:13
goals, because I have the Spanish air track championship free, now at the end of June, which is good 00:52:20
Well, those are my short-term goals and let's see if we can get to another championship a little higher. 00:52:28
Very well, a pleasure. The students are going to give it to you. 00:52:36
Some student had asked a lot of questions for him to answer in 10 seconds, but... 00:52:39
Well, I'll answer whatever they want now. 00:52:44
Yes. 00:52:47
Well... 00:52:48
Pick up the microphone. 00:52:49
Hello, Ruth. Can I ask you some questions? 00:52:54
Yes, yes, all the ones you want. 00:52:57
Okay. 00:52:59
You have to answer them in less than 5 seconds, okay? 00:53:01
Okay. 00:53:04
This is speed. 00:53:06

Oh, how cool! Thank you very much! 00:55:41
And the last thing before we go, because surely there are many students out there waiting for you to film them. 00:55:43
Yes, fruit. 00:55:48
They have come like a platoon. 00:55:50
Do you want to be first-generation football players or those who simply want to have fun? 00:55:53
Well, my advice is that above all you have to live sport as a means of enjoyment, 00:55:58
that the important thing is to enjoy the day without thinking about the objective, 00:56:06
that is, the important thing is to enjoy doing sports, which above all brings us, apart from health, a lot of values, 00:56:11
and above all to be able to share it with our friends. 00:56:21
Judith León Casado, thank you very much for coming to your sister, bring her more times. 00:56:25
I'm delighted. 00:56:31
And Ruth León Casado, thank you very much for making us enjoy these careers and for all the support you have given us. 00:56:34
