Hi guys, today we are going to talk about superlatives. 00:00:02
Superlatives, we use superlatives to compare things. 00:00:07
Superlatives are the maximum of something. 00:00:14
For example, I have the longest pencil. 00:00:20
We put the adjective and we add "-est". 00:00:24
Mine is the biggest stone. 00:00:29
When the adjective is short, we double the consonant and add "-est". 00:00:37
Mine is the funniest toy. 00:00:44
When the adjective finishes in "-y", we turn the "-y to an "-i", and we add "-est". 00:00:51
And when the adjectives are really long, we put the most, for example, the most colorful. 00:01:01
Or the most interesting marker. 00:01:24
Which one is the most? 00:01:33
This one is the most interesting marker. 00:01:35
Okay. 00:01:37
And the most expensive parking spot. 00:01:40
I have the most expensive arcade. 00:01:49
