Following a healthy diet is vital. However, people normally don't know how to come up with a suitable diet, as they don't know what to eat and how calories should be taken into account. Therefore, this Learning Situation Proposal aims at teaching students how to cooperatively work out problems of this sort, as they might do in realistic contexts.
Hello my name is David Sierra Garcia and I will show you my learning situation proposal which

has been focused on a first non-compulsory secondary education group of 20 students,

three of them diagnosed with ADHD. The objective of such proposal has to do with encouraging the

students to work at problems they might come across in the real world. To do so ICT tools

will be quite fundamental and therefore students will have to comparatively come up with a healthy

balanced diet to be followed in an ordinary day. Such work will be done twice a week and they will
