00:00:00
Currently, there are no students with special needs, but it would be adapted if needed.
00:00:10
It's integrated into a unit where past tenses and vocab related to crime will be seen and will be helpful to work on the project.
00:00:15
The aim is to consider what communities can do to prevent crime
00:00:23
and they will be guided throughout six sessions using different active methodologies.
00:00:26
This project could contribute to Objective 3, Health and Welfare, reflected on the Agenda 2030.
00:00:32
In groups of five, they will consider stereotypes,
00:00:38
think about scenarios which could lead to crime in their community,
00:00:42
create mind maps with nine ideas which could contribute and challenge them to work together,
00:00:45
learned to prioritize and reach a consensus.
00:00:50
Finally, they will present an infographic in class
00:00:54
and will be evaluated with a teacher rubric and peer assessment.
