Ferries carry passengers between the peninsula and the Balearic Islands, the Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla. 00:00:36
Maritime transport is also used to move heavy goods. 00:00:43
Spain's largest airports are in Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga and Palma de Mallorca. 00:00:47
The huge growth in the tertiary sector in Spain is partly due to the development of services to improve people's lives, such as health care, education and community support. 00:00:53
